As usual, the two candidates from the Democratic and Republican parties pretend they are the only ones running in the general election.  And the press plays along with this charade by not even mentioning the Green Party, Libertarian Party and Constitution Party candidates who are on the ballot and who offer Marylanders a real choice on November 2.

Every election these so-called debates are held, every year candidates who want to have a real and honest debate on the issues, like myself, are deliberately excluded from these debates.  Every election, candidates, like myself, ask to be included and object when we are not.  And every election, whether the Democrat or the Republican wins, this charade continues and Maryland endures another four years of the same old politics and the same old policies.
